Please note: For US orders, duties are calculated and paid at checkout. Other international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Temporary EU Service Suspensions: Due to EU customs and tax compliance requirements, shipping is temporarily unavailable to Austria and Cyprus. We are working on a solution and expect to restore service to these countries shortly.
Middle East Service Disruptions: Services remain suspended to Iran, Israel and Palestine due to ongoing regional conflict. Shipments to Lebanon, Jordan, Oman and Pakistan are currently experiencing delivery delays. We appreciate your patience.
Returns
Return within 21 days of delivery for store credit. Item must be in original condition. View our full returns policy here.
- Policy window: 21 days from the date your order is delivered.
- Items must be returned in the same condition received.
- Some items are not eligible for return (e.g., gift cards).
- Receipt or proof of purchase required.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility — please use tracked shipping.
- If a parcel is returned unclaimed/refused or sent to the wrong address, we'll issue store credit for the order value minus our courier costs.
