Returns Policy

We aim to describe each garment’s sizing, fit, and any notable flaws as accurately as possible. If you change your mind or the item isn’t quite right, you may return it within 21 days of purchase for store credit equal to the item price (minus courier costs if applicable).

Return Period

21 days from the purchase date.

Eligibility

• Item must be in the same condition you received it (unworn after delivery, unwashed, and free of additional wear).
• Please include the original packaging where possible.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards
• Sale items (final sale)

How to Return

• Include your receipt or order number inside the parcel.
• Send your item to:

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility — please use a tracked courier. We can’t accept liability for returns lost in transit.

Processing Time

Once your return arrives, please allow up to 3 working days for inspection and processing. Approved returns are issued as store credit via email.

Unclaimed / Returned-to-Sender Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us unclaimed, refused, or due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll issue store credit for the item value minus our courier costs (original shipping and return-to-sender charges). Reshipping can be arranged on request; additional shipping fees apply.

Exchanges

Because we sell one-of-a-kind vintage and second-hand pieces, we can’t offer exchanges. If you have questions about a specific item, email us.
