Returns Policy

We aim to describe each garment's sizing, fit, and any notable flaws as accurately as possible. If you change your mind or the item isn't quite right, you may return it within 21 days of delivery for store credit equal to the item price (less courier costs where these apply).

Return Period

21 days from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility

• Item must be in the same condition you received it (unworn after delivery, unwashed, and free of additional wear).
• Please include the original packaging where possible.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards
• Sale items (final sale)

Order Cancellations

If you request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, we reserve the right to deduct a cancellation fee of up to 6% from your refund. This fee covers non-refundable merchant processing and currency conversion fees charged by Shopify Payments, which we cannot recover when an order is cancelled.

How to Return

• Include your receipt or order number inside the parcel.
• Send your item to:

• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility — please use a tracked courier. We can't accept liability for returns lost in transit.
• Sending from outside New Zealand? Please mark the customs declaration as "Returned goods — no commercial value" and note our order number. Parcels declared as a new sale can attract New Zealand import duty and GST, which we'd have to deduct from your store credit.

Processing Time

Once your return arrives, please allow up to 3 working days for inspection and processing. Approved returns are issued as store credit via email.

Unclaimed / Returned-to-Sender Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us unclaimed, refused, or because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll issue store credit for the order value less the original outbound shipping and a return-to-sender fee.

The return-to-sender fee is:

• New Zealand — no fee. We cover the return cost ourselves; only the original outbound shipping is deducted.
• Australia — NZ$15 (approx A$12)
• All other destinations — NZ$30 (approx US$18)

International parcels over 2 kg are charged at the carrier's actual return cost, which we'll confirm with you before issuing credit.

Reshipping can be arranged on request; additional shipping fees apply.

Exchanges

Because we sell one-of-a-kind vintage and second-hand pieces, we can't offer exchanges. If you have questions about a specific item, email us.
