Refund policy

RETURNS

At Planet Vintage, we try our best to note the sizing, fit, and any notable flaws visible on each garment, however, if you have a change of mind or are unhappy with your item(s) once received, items can be returned to us at the customer’s expense for a store credit to the total of the purchased item. 

Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. 

Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards

To complete your return for a store credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, your store credit will be processed within 5 working days.

Late or missing returns
If you still have not received your store credit after this period of time, please contact us at sales@planetvintage.store.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver to pass onto you.

To return your product, mail your product to:

Planet Vintage, Unit 9, 5 York Ave, Mount Maunganui, 3116 New Zealand.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping must be via tracked courier. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you do not use a tracked service.

As we sell one-off vintage and second-hand pieces, we are unable to exchange items for another size, but if you have any queries about specific items, feel free to flick us an email.
