Returns Policy

At Planet Vintage, we strive to accurately describe the sizing, fit, and any notable flaws of each garment. However, if you change your mind or are unhappy with your item(s) upon receipt, you can return items to us at your expense for store credit equal to the purchase price of the item.

Return Period: Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer store credit or exchanges.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

Non-Returnable Items:

Return Process:

1. Include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
2. Send your item to:
   • Planet Vintage
   • 88 Dunkeld Drive
   • Papamoa, 3118
   • New Zealand

Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your store credit will be processed within 5 working days.

Late or Missing Returns: If you haven’t received your store credit after this time, please contact us at hello@planetvintage.store.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be returned. Sale items cannot be returned.

Gifts:

• If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the item is received.
• If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping must be via tracked courier, and shipping costs are non-refundable. For items over $75, consider purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without a tracked service.

Exchanges: As we sell one-off vintage and second-hand pieces, we cannot offer exchanges for different sizes. If you have questions about specific items, feel free to email us.
