We've had a huge growth phase this year and we're on the hunt for someone to help keep our studio photography and stock inventory running smoothly. This role is 30-40 hours, based out of our Papamoa warehouse studio.

The Day-to-Day:

Stock & Inventory Management: Assisting with processing the unboxing, sorting, and organisation of incoming vintage stock.

Garment Preparation: Steaming garments to ensure all items are presented to a high standard before photographing.

Studio Photography: Photographing flat-lay garments to deliver high-quality images for the website. Big bonus if you're confident taking clothing flay-lays like we have online. This is a crucial part of the role!

SKU & Cataloguing: Accurately measuring garments, managing the maintenance of SKU systems and listing accuracy.

Requirements:

Fit & Active: Able to take back to back flat-lay photos – we aim to upload 200+ garments every week. Assist with unloading and unboxing new vintage stock.

Adaptable Team Player: Keen to be in a collaborative environment and pivot between tasks as daily priorities shift.

Proactive, can-do attitude who is keen to evolve in your role: We are a rapidly growing small business.
