It was early 2018 and Alex and Tara were traipsing around Sydney, when they stumbled upon the joy of op-shopping. What started as a fun exploration soon turned into a passion for finding unique vintage pieces. From scouring second-hand shops across Europe and Melbourne, to hunting down rare gems online, they returned home to New Zealand with a wardrobe full of amazing vintage finds. Late one night, Alex started wondering what it might be like to source items for other vintage lovers and in November 2020 Planet Vintage was born.
