Delivery Timeframes and Rates

NZ (Express): 1-2 business days | $6 or free on orders over $130
NZ (Rural Express): 1-3 business days | $9 or free on orders over $130
Australia: 3-7 business days | $9 or free on orders over $130
Rest of World: 3-10 business days | $39 (NZD)

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another email with your tracking number when your order is on its way. Track your parcel’s progress easily with the provided tracking information.

Returns

Returns Policy

Our returns policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned (e.g., gift cards).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using tracked shipping.

Only regular priced items may be returned. Sale items cannot be returned.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
